If you use one of our  approved repairers , we pay them directly—no upfront costs for you. We recommend this for quality assurance. Prefer your own garage? No problem, as long as they’re  VAT-registered and follow our  Repairs Procedure . You may need to pay the garage upfront, but we’ll reimburse you once the claim is approved.

Do I need to service my car?
